How registration works
Five steps, and only the first one is yours to do online. Nothing is decided by a machine: a real centre reads your form and calls you.

Send the form
Player details, guardian details, a centre and a class timing. It costs nothing, and you can do it before you have ever visited the centre.

You get a registration number
It appears the moment the form is sent, and it looks like LTAP260001. Write it down — it is how you check your status later, and how your centre finds you.

Your centre reviews it
The coach at the centre you chose checks the details and calls you to confirm your class timing and the fees. Until then your status reads Pending.

You visit the centre once
Take the player's Aadhaar, a photograph and proof of age. The centre completes your record from the originals, which is why nothing has to be uploaded online.

You start training
Once your centre approves the record, your status becomes Active and you begin at white belt. From there you grade one belt at a time, by passing the exam for your level.

What to have ready
The online form asks for all of this. None of it has to be uploaded — the documents themselves are checked at the centre, once.
One Aadhaar number registers one player, so a second child needs their own. One mobile number can stand for the whole family.

A centre and a class timing
You pick both on the form, so it helps to know which centre you want first.

The player's details
Full name, date of birth and gender. Age is not a barrier — beginners of every age start at white belt.

Both parents' names and work
The form asks for the mother's and father's name and occupation.

A mobile and a WhatsApp number
Ten digits each. Your centre calls this number, so give one that is answered. Email is optional.

The Aadhaar number
Twelve digits, the player's own. One Aadhaar number registers one player.

Your address
District, six-digit pin code and the address itself.

A photograph, if you have one
Optional, and up to 1 MB. You can register without it and add it at the centre.
What your status means
Every registration carries one of these. The verification screen shows yours, along with your centre, your class timing and your belt.
- Pending
- With your centre, waiting to be approved. Every registration starts here, and nothing is expected from you until the centre calls.
- Active
- Approved. You are on the register, and every belt you are awarded is recorded against your name.
- Incomplete
- Something is missing, usually a document. Your centre will tell you what to bring.
- Inactive
- Paused. Talk to your centre when you want to start training again.
- Archived
- Closed and kept on record. Ask the office if you think that is wrong.
Grading dates
You sit an exam when your coach says you are ready, and you move up one belt at a time. Announced dates appear here.

If something is not right
- The verification says no match
- The date of birth must be the one entered on the form, and the registration number must be typed exactly. If both are right and it still fails, your centre can look you up.
- I have lost my registration number
- Your centre holds it against your name. The office can find it too, with the mobile number you registered with.
- A detail on my record is wrong
- Names, numbers and addresses are corrected by your centre, not from this site. Ask them at your next class, or call the office.
