Martial arts are like a mountain. See top. And you hike and you climb, and you finally reach the top, and you realize it was a false top, and there's a whole new mountain range ahead of you. You train to be a warrior, not a fighter. The warrior knows what he can release, so he chooses the path of peace and respect.

A non-government organisation registered as a sports society, working across Uttar Pradesh since 2000. We run training centres, and we run the grading that those centres are measured by.
That second part is what makes us different from a gym. A player who grades here holds a belt that means the same thing in every district, because one syllabus and one panel sit behind all of it — and has done for 26 years.
Tae Foot
To strike with the foot. The kicking that taekwondo is known for, and the balance it takes.
Kwon Fist
To strike with the hand. Blocks, punches and the close work that holds a guard together.

Every player follows the same route. You move up one grade at a time, and only after passing the exam for your level.

A blank page. You know nothing yet, and that is exactly where every black belt started.
Every black belt was once a white belt who kept turning up.

The earth. A seed has been planted in you and the roots are taking hold.
Roots come first. Everything you do later grows out of this.

You will not see the change day to day. Look back three months instead.

Black belt is not the finish line. It is the day the real training starts.
Refining every pattern, coaching juniors, and preparing for referee and coaching courses.
Beyond black belt the academy grades 5 Dan levels, awarded over years of teaching and competing.
